Valerie, Founding Broker at the Modern Nest Group, brings two decades of expertise in real estate, property management, and team leadership. Her extensive market knowledge and refined skills underscore her unwavering dedication and mastery of her craft.
Valerie excels in handling both single-home transactions and managing multi-unit property portfolios in dynamic markets like Boston and New York City. In addition to her role as our team's broker, Valerie leads our property management consulting division. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association, is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) with Military Relocation Professional (MRP) accreditation, and is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Valerie is also a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida.
