Sometimes in the Real Estate profession, we fail to acknowledge or measure the excellent level of service we receive. Working with Valerie continues to be a pleasant experience. Her infectious smile, positive attitude, and her eagerness to help people will never be forgotten. Valerie is extremely professional when communicating with co-operating agents. She introduced me to a customer through out of state referral. During her presentation, she explained the details of the purchasing process, the policies, the expectations when completing the journey to realize their brand-new home. She answered their questions even before they met me which made the initial part of the buying experience unmatched. The first time buying experience can make the customer very nervous, but for these customers, Valerie’s trust and conversation before the referral made all the difference. There will never be enough stars to display, or enough adjectives to describe the amazing performance she provides and the performance with customer service that we should all strive to emulate.
