About Valerie

Valerie Sullivan, a licensed Realtor® since 2003, believes in continuing education to provide the best service possible, in 2005-2006, her drive and determination to help her clients succeed propelled Valerie to become a Top Producer within Keller Williams Realty. She completed the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation giving her fine-tuned insights into the specific needs of mature adults as they transition into a home that is better able to meet their life needs.

Valerie also hosted & presented the Millionaire Real Estate Investor Seminars and she expanded her knowledge base by teaching real estate investing classes as well as personally investing in “flip” properties. As a property landlord, Valerie is knowledgeable about Landlord/Tenant relationships; further expanding the knowledge base Valerie utilizes to guide her investor clients.

Valerie understands that buying or selling a home is a very emotional time. It takes a strong communicator and an excellent listener to really understand what your objectives are; whether you are buying, selling or relocating. Based on experiences gained from the numerous relocations in the US Army, as a Veteran herself, she is aware of the special needs of relocating a household and the necessity of finding a home immediately.

Her military background, successes as a business owner, a Realtor, a mother and an active church membership are all experiences which have allowed her to work closely with others in a harmonious and productive fashion. As a Real Estate Agent, it is essential to have good working relationships and great communication skills to see a transaction through to the end. Valerie’s 20+ years of experience and education allows her to provide exceptional real estate service in the Triad area of Greensboro, NC and the surrounding area. She looks forward to putting her experience to use by assisting others, whether they are first time home buyers, home sellers, going through the stages of downsizing, or simply buying/selling real estate as an investment.
