Valerie Tutor

I am a true Florida native & proud of my heritage growing up in South Florida on a large cattle ranch in very western Broward County, barely two hours from he west coast of Florida. My grandparents lived in Estero since the 1930s. Growing up, my whole family spent most of our free time on the islands, fishing, shelling, enjoying the natural beauty & wildlife, eventually building a home on Captiva Island. I have lived full-time on Sanibel since 2009 and have a place with my partner in Siesta Key, Florida as well. I earned a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and ran a successful business for 20 years consulting with private firms, state and local governments in Florida developing an expertise in communication, negotiation and facilitation. I managed employees on community projects state-wide worth several millions of dollars & am very knowledgeable about our SW FLorida coastal cities from Sarasota to Naples. I have combined the skills and expertise I cultivated throughout my business life with my love of the local area to pursue a career as a Realtor.

I see myself as a facilitator and coach, assisting sellers to achieve their goals as they transition to the next chapter in their journey; helping buyers make their dreams come true by identifying & obtaining the right place for them. I never want anyone to regret their purchase or feel they are in the wrong community for them, so I take advantage of my knowledge of all the amazing areas of SW Florida - from Sarasota to Naples - to ensure buyers become happy owners in this wonderful state!
