I am so thankful for that advice because it sparked my enthusiasm for sharing the benefits of real estate investing with others. You see, my first home was not my dream, forever home, but upon the sale of that home, I was able to pay off debt, put a down payment on my next home, and add to my savings. As a born and raised Tennessean and a Nashville resident for almost 20 years, I have seen the extraordinary changes in real estate development over the years. Now as a real estate agent, I work with home buyers and sellers as well as those interested in investment properties. When I'm not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with family, talking and networking with entrepreneurs, and traveling around the world.
