09/29/2014 - zuser20140607204647107 Helped me rent a Single Family home in Aliso Viejo, CA. First to start off, I must explain the situation I was in while looking for a house. I was suppose to get a place with a friend as a roommate but a week before my previous lease was up, he decided to bail on me, so there I was; a week left to find a new place or get pro-rated ridiculously or settle for the cheapest and quickest thing. At this point, I was use to the Real Estate Professionals who had their own set of houses and will only try to sell you those ones, until I met Van. Van guided me through step by step and really tried to help me with exactly what I was looking for. She took weekends and evening hours to best accommodate my schedule. If there wasn't a listing or something she didn't know, she made sure to find out and get back to me as soon as possible. I have never seen someone so dedicated and committed to the customer rather the the house. She definitely made a hectic situation into a calm and collect one.
