Vanessa Fillingim

Vanessa Fillingim, raised in Krum, Texas, discovered her passion for real estate at a young age. After high school, she pursued her education at NCTC and Hill College, where she played collegiate softball and later graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Real Estate. Vanessa's career began in residential property management, transitioned to Corporate Real Estate, and ultimately led her to her true passion: Residential Real Estate.

Vanessa is dedicated to fulfilling her clients' needs and goals. She excels in guiding first-time home buyers through the home buying process and assisting sellers who have struggled to sell their homes independently or with other agents. Her business approach is straightforward and effective: she listens to her clients' needs, matches them with the right property, and ensures a smooth and honest transaction. Vanessa aims to be her clients' lifelong real estate agent.

Vanessa is married to Rob Fillingim and is a proud bonus mom to their son Ryan. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the country playing professional cornhole, playing golf, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.
