After moving back to Orlando from New York City where she was a fashion designer for 11 years, Vanessa immediately saw the need to help others navigate the world of real estate in her home town! After getting her license in 2012, she decided to go into business with her mom Jan Coudriet, herself a veteran in Orlando real estate for over 30 years. Together, their skills and interests combine to help their customers the way no single real estate agent can.

Vanessa renovated her own historic home downtown, and her passion is helping others visualize a home's potential. With her creative background, she enjoys the marketing aspect of assisting customers as they list their homes for sale.
