It was simply wonderful working with Vanessa. We were on two opposite coasts. I was in boston trying to buy a condo sight unseen. Vanessa worked with me and my son and his wife to find me the perfect home in Walnut Creek …. She really listened to what I wanted in a new place. She was patient and always professional in dealing with the vagaries of a long distance purchase. I feel like we had a perfect partnership … and I was a bit high maintenance …. But she never let that show. I highly recommend her. A true pleasure to work with!!!!

Vanessa is an excellent agent that helped us find our dream home. She is detail-oriented and has a great network around the area that helps to get early insights into good homes. She is also solely focused on finding the right home for her clients so there is no forcing you into a situation that doesn't feel right.

Vanessa seamlessly helped through our first home-buying experience. We could not have asked for a better agent. She is communicative, responsive, and timely to answer any questions. More importantly, she really takes the time to get to know your needs, and then is very proactive about finding prospective properties that might be a fit.

Best of all, we never found Vanessa to be pushy in any way whatsoever. She is 110% respectful, and we really felt she had our best interest in mind at every turn.

We will recommend Vanessa to any friends buying or selling property, and would use her services again in a heartbeat if we ever need to buy or sell again. 10/10!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Vanessa to sell my condo. Actually, she did all the work. Vanessa and I met prior to my decision to sell the condo. She walked me through the selling process, pointing out all the issues I might encounter. She was very knowledgeable as to the marketing aspects of the Bay Area.
She had a plan on how best to market my property. Her suggestions for improvements proved to be the reason for the above asking price sale.
Vanessa's communication skills are fantastic. She kept me informed at all times. Any questions I had were quickly responded to and addressed.
A friend of mine recently sold their home. But, they forgot to cancel their insurance policy. Vanessa provided a timeline. She listed the exact dates that I was to cancel all third-party commitments such as utilities, cable, mail, insurance, change of address, etc.
Vanessa's professionalism was exemplary. I know I annoyed her sometimes with my novice suggestions. She listened attentively and explained in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. I took her advice and am very glad I did. I saw her working with contractors and she treated them
all with professionalism. All title and escrow appointments were scheduled timely. She knew my financial situation and worked to have the funds deposited immediately.
It was a pleasure working with Vanessa. She worked very hard to guide me and get me a great price for the condo.

The͏ best agent in the Bay
It will be hard to put into words the great experience I had working with Vanessa. The professionalism, knowledge and expertise Vanessa brings to the table is unmatched. I worked with Vanessa 9 months on closing on my first home. As a first time homebuyer the process was daunting, but Vanessa gave me all the information and tools needed to make the process smooth. From beginning to end I felt comfortable and informed about my purchase. I am almost positive that my contract would have fallen through without Vanessa's diligence and extra effort working with my lender and HOA and the seller's agent. Vanessa also informed me about downpayment assistance programs to make sure I could get more for my hard earned money. My lender didn't even make me aware of a program available that assisted with 46k to my purchase! I am so grateful for Vanessa and all that she did to help me get these 4 walls!

As first time property purchasers me and my fiancé recently closed on a condo with Vanessa and had a very good experience working with her throughout the process. Initially I had contacted her for a property that she was representing to sell and had a very good interaction with her so I decided to call her back to help us when we finally decided to start our home search. Vanessa is very responsive and was willing to answer any questions that we had during the process. She was also easy to reach and texted/e-mailed back very promptly. We were able to close at the expected date and purchase under the listing price from Vanessa’s suggestions. And of the problems that did arise during the closing process, Vanessa was very keen on remediating the problem and keeping all related parties (including us) in the loop. I highly recommend Vanessa if you’re looking to buy real estate because we definitely appreciated her friendliness, work ethic, and knowledge of the real estate market.

I can't recommend Vanessa enough. She was my north star when I had to sell my father's house in Hayward, navigating conservatorship, probate, court requirements across multiple states, tenants, repairs, and selling a house for an owner over her head! Vanessa was extremely thoughtful, patient, organized, and always right--we had offers above asking within the week. My only regret is now that the house is sold I don't get to call her anymore. :)

Vanessa is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Vanessa really took the time to walk us through the process and answers any questions that we had. She also made sure to help us with things that we may not have even known/though about! She worked very closely with our bank/loan officer to make sure things were in order and we were hitting our timelines and talked us through everything each step of the way. Lastly I would say that she was great at negotiating with the sellers agent to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were getting a fair price.
