From the first day Vanessa treated us as human beings and not another transaction. We went through an intro conversation to make sure that it was a good fit for both sides. Every buyer and every realtor is different and that's ok. We were fortunate that her values and ours aligned and that's where our journey began.

She walked us through the process, making sure we're very-well educated, even before we put it any offers. She also connected us with a mortgage lender who, similar to her, genuinely care about their clients. She helped us build a network to help us through the buying process and beyond (i.e. lender, contractors, inspectors, CPAs, Trust Advisors, Financial Advisors, etc.)

During the buying process she was truly an advocate for us and she always had our best interest in mind. She made sure she understood what we wanted and fought for us through offers and negotiations.

With all her help we were able to purchase a new home and acquired a new friend in the process. She regularly keeps in touch even after closing and is always so thoughtful and considerate well beyond. We couldn't have ask for a better partner through our home buying journey.

Vanessa is awesome! She helped me
purchased our first home! As a single mom of
3 kids & 2 dogs, finding a home in Seaside, CA
was difficult! She knew how important it was
for me to find a home with a small yard for my
kids & fur babies. She was hands on during
the process and made it personal for her,
making sure that the home is a safe
neighborhood, convenient walking distance to
school/markets/my work & near my disabled
mothers home! Literally up the street from
her! I work multiple jobs it was not an easy
search for the perfect house. She was very
sensitive in regards to my situation and made
the process as easy and user friendly as
possible for me due to time constraints. We
ran into some problems but because of her
expertise we were able to navigate through
