12/16/2015 - frugalcoconut Bought a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $125K in Riviera Beach, FL. Varsha Chandra found my dream home. Literally. I had my eyes set on a particular unit but that deal fell through and I was disappointed. A few days later, Varsha called me up to tell me about another listing in the same community that just came on the market -- she showed it to me right away and it turned out to be even better than the first one. I would never have even known about it if she hadn't been so proactive. She has been with me every step of the way -- it definitely helps to have someone on your side in the homebuying process! She would communicate with me often and even remind me of things that I might have forgotten about (which helped everything move along smoothly). She spent a lot of time with me viewing various properties throughout Palm Beach County and offering valuable feedback based on her knowledge and experience as well as her honest opinions. We had no idea where to even start looking. After our first visit with Varsha she immediately had a good idea of what we were looking for and the right areas to look in. Varsha was professional and very helpful the entire process. Varsha made the home finding process fun and as stress free as can be, given the anxiety of searching for a new home. She was quick to learn what we wanted and only showed us properties that met all of our requirements. Once we selected a few that we were interested in, Varsha proceeded by making multiple appointments that would meet our limited availability. She was flexible and got us all the information needed to make the best decision we could. Once we choose our house Varsha stayed on top of all the logistics, making sure all out Ts were crossed and Is dotted. 11/05/2015 - assura rn Sold a home in 2003 in Ramblewood East, Coral Springs, FL 33065. Varsha is an amazing realtor, with excellent staging skills, a get it done attitude, and creative ideas. My first experience with her was in 2003 when she sold my first home (small condo). I was quite young, and didn't have the common sense to clean up the condo to get it sold. Varsha came in, literally cleaned up, placed fresh flowers and sweet air fresheners, and got the place sold in no time! Furthermore, being a long term realtor vs. a newbie on the block, she has many referrals so far as bankers for mortgages, ideas for decorating, favorite stores, etc. I'd recommend her over and over as a reputable, high integrity, professional real estate agent.

Initially, I was using another agent that I was not happy with before Varsha was recommended to me and she did not disappoint me. I explained to her what type of house I was looking for and that I needed it in a short amount of time. She always had multiple homes for me to look at so as not to waste the hour drive to get to her. She was able to explain the type of neighborhood and all the benefits of it. Once I found the house, she was prepared with the paperwork that was necessary to make my offer. She was always on top of the transaction each step of the way so I didn't miss a deadline before closing. And after my closing, Varsha has called to find out how I am doing and if I am happy with my house. I would definitely recommend her to everyone and also have her as my agent again in the future.
