Hello! I’m Varun Manchanda, a dedicated and results-driven REALTOR® proudly affiliated with Weichert, Realtors – Princeton Office.

My journey in real estate began in 2003, inspired by my family's successful property ventures in New Delhi, India. With a Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce, I went on to co-found a real estate development firm in Gurgaon, an experience that shaped my entrepreneurial mindset and gave me a solid foundation in real estate from the ground up.

With close to two decades of hands-on experience, I offer a powerful blend of international perspective and deep-rooted knowledge of the New Jersey market. When it comes to working with buyers, I thrive in the art of negotiation. I have a keen instinct for gauging a seller’s flexibility and leverage strong, long-standing relationships with agents throughout Central Jersey to give my clients a distinct edge when closing deals.

As an active real estate investor myself, I have a sharp eye for identifying value-add opportunities and fixer-uppers with potential. My investment passion also extends to commercial real estate, where I actively pursue and manage strategic ventures. I’ve successfully sold and invested in several pre-leased, high-performing commercial properties across New Jersey. My portfolio includes respected tenants like Quest Diagnostics, Ivy Rehab, medical offices, and therapy practices — and I’m proud to say that all my clients’ investments are performing exceptionally well, reflecting my commitment to smart, sustainable decision-making.

My focus has always been rooted in delivering trust, transparency, and results. This commitment has earned me industry recognition, including the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award Winner and company-wide rankings of #274 in the company and #88 in the region (2024).

Outside of real estate, I’m deeply engaged with world politics and global affairs. I love to travel, explore new cultures, and dive into books on real estate, economics, and technology. I’m also a lifelong car and motorcycle enthusiast — always drawn to great design, performance, and engineering. For me, success is not just about closing deals, but about constantly learning, evolving, and enjoying the ride along the way.
