I am originally from Bulgaria. A small country located in the eastern part of Europe, which is known for its beautiful summer and gorgeous winter ski resorts, healthy Yogurt, one of a kind wines, and remarkable Rose Essential Oil, to name just a few. A country with tremendous cultural heritage, which I appreciate and value, but also eagerly look to discover what other foreign lands have in common or how they differ. I always enjoy meeting new people from different backgrounds.
I have shown personal interest in the Real Estate Industry for many years and lately have become a professional with lots of motivation and passion towards directly working with clients. I have always been excited providing the best advice possible to buyers or sellers, landlords or tenants, and everyone else with any real estate needs. The Real Estate Industry requires tons of knowledge and skills. I most definitely possess these qualities and am always ready to put them into work for my clients.
I chose to live in Charlotte because of the city`s unique location, equal time between the Carolina`s coast line, to the east, and the Great Smoky Mountains, to the west. The climate, having four distinguished seasons was a must have for me. The close proximity to two lakes, Lake Wylie and Lake Norman. The numerous recreational parks with walking, biking, and running trails, tennis and basketball courts, public and privet golf courses. A wonderful place with great choice of local breweries, restaurants, professional sport arenas, and night life venues.
In my personal time, I give back to the local community and participate in charitable events. I enjoy playing beach volleyball on the coast of South Carolina, climbing the nearest North Carolina mountains, or working on my tennis shots at one of the many tennis facilities Charlotte has to offer.
