We have all heard the quotes about hard honest work building good character. If you ask those who know me well, either in a professional or personal capacity, they will most likely tell you that I am tactful, tenacious and tireless. From my very first job in retail sales as a teenager and throughout my 33 year career in public service, I have held various positions dealing with direct customer service delivery. It is from this diverse background in customer relations that I developed the skill of listening well. I listen for the needs and wants of my client and customer. After all, the business of real estate sales and property management is about protecting and servicing the best interests of the customer and client. The endorsement of a satisfied client or customer is the best, relatively cost-free advertisement ever. I, firmly, believe that a good reputation is the most valued asset one can possess.
