Due to health reasons, we are not actively seeking to sell our home but it is in our future. Verene Sutton sends us almost daily information and pictures of homes in our search area. We are senior citizens with certain physical and medical restrictions and Mrs. Sutton has particular knowledge and expertise related to our needs in a home. These needs include area physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, security, and certainly medical appliances in the home deemed necessary for handicapped individuals (or areas where they could easily be added).

We have now purchased a home and sold a condo with Verene and she made the whole process as seamless as possible. Verene was very helpful in helping me sell my house. I am a single male so decorating is not my expertise and the house was mostly bare. Veren help decorate it and gave me tips on what I could buy to make the house look more like a home. She was not pushy and worked off my timeline. The house was placed on the market in October and we had an offer for full price by January. I was very pleased with my experience especially since it was my first time selling. In 2015, our family thought about moving to Dewey-Humboldt, Arizona...an hour+ drive from Phoenix. Verene went above and beyond to help us in our search for a property that would be just the right fit. Sacrificing evenings and Saturdays, she made that drive on numerous occasions. Verene is knowledgeable, confident, and decisive, while still being patient, flexible, and gracious...qualities that seem to conflict, but are all needed in the home-buying process. After 4 months of dedicated hard work on Verene's part, my husband and I decided that we needed to stay in our current home in Phoenix and not move after all. Verene was very helpful finding us several houses - We also had the MLS information sent to us daily. Verene also made arrangements with a mortgage broker for us so we could be approved and would have no issues if we found the house we wanted. We found Verene very knowledgeable with the area we were interested in. Verene was very patient with us and we never felt like we had to make any decision we weren't comfortable with.
