We sold our house with Verona and couldn't be happier with the experience. Verona is so warm, knowledgeable, and easy (and fun) to work with. We were moving across the state, during Covid, with 2 young kids and she made an extremely stressful situation totally seamless. She arranged for necessary repairs on our house, worked with us to ensure we were comfortable with all work and costs, and then sold our house for way more than we anticipated. I feel so lucky that we met Verona and would recommend her to all of my friends and co-workers. Verona, thank you for everything!

Verona is a rock star agent and a true friend. We're so happy we found her. She guided us every step of the home buying process, gave honest opinions and advices, and helped us strike a deal that we're happy with by expertly negotiating on our behalf. She was able to purchase our home at 80k lower than asking in a very competitive market and that is nothing short of amazing. She is one of the very few agents who really puts her client's needs first.

Verona helped us sell our house in Daly City and also found a perfect house for us immediately after closing the sell. She held few open house and followed through with potential buyers. Her region seems to be in Peninsula, San Mateo and San Francisco but she also has great understanding of East Bay and good connections to work with since the house she bought for us was in Walnut Creek.
She is very patient and we did not feel any pressure throughout the process. Verona takes her time and understands buying a house might be an emotional and overwhelming process for many.

I totally recommend her as your agent if you are looking for one! she is nice and also aggressive to find your ideal home. She has great communication skills that is a must for any successful agent.

Rarely does someone make such an impression on me that I am motivated to actually sit down and write a letter of referral for their services, however our experience with our realtor Verona Cho of Intero Realty in San Mateo has prompted me to do just that.

I first met Verona when she was in my neighborhood looking at another home. I spoke to her for quite a while and I knew right away that when we were ready to sell our home she would be the first person I’d call. Not only did she have an impressive sales history in our neighborhood, she was very honest, friendly and a breeze to work with. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate, both serving the buyer and the seller, and in our case she more than exceeded our expectations and negotiated a deal that even we couldn’t believe because it was just too good to be true. Not only did we receive well over our asking price but she was also able to negotiate a free, yes I said FREE rent back which was a real blessing as we had not found a new home yet and knowing that we didn’t have to rush to buy elsewhere gave us peace of mind and set us at ease about relocating to another part of California.

Verona is highly motivated, energetic, and she did such a phenomenal job of marketing our home that is sold in just 12 days! I believe it would have even been sooner had we not waited until after the Holidays to accept offers.

Verona was our seller's agent for a sale of the house in Sterlings Down in Belmont.

We first met Verona a couple of years back at another listing in the same neighborhood and were impressed by her marketing skills and the perfection with which she prepared the house for sale. Over the last few years she has been consistently selling houses at highest prices on our street and neighborhood and she has sold plenty. When we decided to sell our house, we decided to go with Verona without even giving it a second thought.

Our house also sold for the highest price on the street till date and we were very happy with the way Verona managed the whole process. We wanted to try off market before getting ready to go on market and Verona was able to get us a very good offer in the off market. Even after that she managed to help us negotiate the offer even higher. We also had some requirements around the time needed for close of escrow and she was able to coordinate that with the buyer and buyer's agent. She has a very strong network and that always helps in off market sales.

Beyond being a great realtor she is also a nice person to work with. She is easily accessible over text and strives her best to ensure her clients are happy. She even helped us with some minor repairs after we got into contract. She was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend her as a listing agent.
