Hello, I'm Veronica Blaustein, a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for creating seamless connections between people and their dream homes. I bring a wealth of experience and a genuine commitment to making the home buying and selling process a stress-free journey.



After graduating from UC Santa Cruz, my career trajectory initially led me to the non-profit sector in education, where I dedicated my skills and passion from 2000 to 2008. This experience instilled in me a deep sense of community and a commitment to service.



My journey to real estate began in 2013. I initially worked as a sales associate for various companies, gaining valuable insights into the dynamic real estate landscape. In 2015, I took a brief hiatus to focus on my growing family, spending quality time with my five beautiful daughters.



Prior to the pandemic, I expanded my skill set by working at Redwood Credit Union for over a year and a half as a Member Service Representative, enhancing my customer service skills and gaining a broader perspective on financial matters, a valuable asset in the real estate industry.



In 2021, I made a triumphant return to real estate, starting as a part-time assistant for a top-producing agent in Petaluma. This rekindled my passion for the industry, prompting me to reacquire my Real Estate license in June 2022. Later that year, I joined Mikki Cardoza as a full-time licensed assistant, marking the beginning of an exciting collaboration.



Looking ahead to 2024, I am thrilled to transition back into direct sales as a key member of Mikki Cardoza's team. I am dedicated to serving Marin and Sonoma Counties, leveraging my in-depth knowledge of these communities to guide clients through the intricate process of buying or selling their homes.



Beyond real estate, I find joy in spending time outdoors, whether hiking or taking walks with my dog, Riggs. My role as a connector extends beyond real estate; I thrive on building meaningful relationships and remembering the details that matter most to my clients.
