After interviewing 4 other brokers, we met with Vesna Kanacki of Century 21 Full Service Reality in New City. She explained why we should market our home above what the other realtors had suggested. Vesna also assured us that "she would treat her home as if it were her own." Vesna's persistence and her attention to detail got our home sold in the middle of 3 nor'easters and a crippling Covid-19 pandemic! Vesna's professionalism, her expertise, her talented contractors, her exuberant personality, plus her outstanding negotiating skills brought us top dollar for our home. She oversaw any modifications herself and made selling our home easy. Anyone who is looking for a broker should definitely interview Vesna Kanacki!
