Vicki Trenchard was fantastic. I texted her from out of state based on a friend who had met her once and given me her name. She responded immediately. When I arrived in town, I had a limited time. She showed me several properties sometimes on very short notice (on my part). We found a property and had an accepted offer in less than a week. She tracked down and provided all of the information I requested including detailed financials of the HOA among other things. Furthermore, she is professional, friendly and generally a pleasure to work with.

Vicki’s knowledge far surpasses that of your average realtor. When I had questions about building permits, roofing inspections and building codes she was a wealth of information. The sale of my home went very smoothly thanks to her expertise.

I met Vicki over a weekend visit to Florida. We checked out subdivisions, decided the areas I would like to live and I flew back home. I selected Ms Trenchard because of a recommendation by a satisfied former client of hers. I was not disappointed. She was always willing to show me properties all over town and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not end up buying a house after all but Ms Trenchard was extremely gracious nonetheless. I highly recommend her when you are looking for a realtor that puts forth an extra effort!
