Vicki Sowden from REMAX was very professional in handling the sale of our home. She gave us excellent advice on how to stage the house so it looked more inviting. I would definitely use her again. We are so glad that someone like her can help others with the sale of their home. She allows others to see your home in the same light that you do. A home is a man and woman’s castle. Vicki helped me buy and sell a house in Midland. She really knows the market and uses both phone and tests to communicate quickly. She recommended a selling price significantly above what would have asked and the house sold for almost full price. She showed me many houses in the price range and location in which I was looking. She used her experience to point out both negative and positive aspects of the houses and gave me estimates of what she thought the houses were worth. In the end I bought a wonderful house in a great area for a reasonable price.

I called Vicky (referred by a family friend) out of the blue one afternoon about a house I saw online that I liked. She was able to meet me late that evening to see the house and submitted an offer for me the next morning. Vicky was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire house buying process. Vicky has been our agent since we bought our first house in 2006. We worked with her again to sell our first house and purchase our second home in January 2021. We had been looking at homes in the Freeland area for a few years. Any time I called her, she'd show us a house. I cannot say enough great things about Vicky, she's just amazing.

She has extensive knowledge of the local market and knows the trends. She very detailed oriented from the showing to the final signature, she doesn't miss a thing. She walked us through the process of selling our house, answered all of our questions, and put us at ease. She is always smiling and has a positive upbeat attitude. She will work hard and fight for you. I swore after this last move I'm never moving again, but if we do, I will be calling Vicky.
