Originally from Toronto, Victor “Vic” Tran grew up in San Francisco and has lived in the Bay Area for more than 25 years. As part of the region’s diverse culture and distinctive landscape — and fluent in Cantonese as well as English — Vic is ably equipped to seamlessly connect with clients and pursue their goals.
Vic familiarized himself with real estate as an investor, became a Realtor®, and quickly became known as an up-and-comer. In 2018 he was recognized with a Rising Star Award by the California Association of Realtors®.
With his career expanding across various areas of customer service, including being a former firefighter academy trainee, Vic says much of what he learned still applies in terms of public service. He feels blessed to interact with so many people every day and is genuinely invested in helping them any way he can.
He wants to create a legacy of helping those who are less fortunate and to optimize opportunities for all his clients. Working primarily with first-time homebuyers and those upgrading their living situations, he is happy to smooth the way to their future and the dream of homeownership.
In his spare time, Vic enjoys basketball, hockey, mixed martial arts, and being a foodie. Even if he weren’t being paid for it, he would still be doing real estate and coaching people on how to reach financial independence.
