Victor has a degree in Math and Science and holds a Real Estate license since 1999. Originally from Ukraine, Victor has lived in California for 25 years. Having been in the real estate business for 18 years, Victor is an expert on real estate in the Sacramento area and through the whole state of California. Living in such a multicultural state, Victor is proud of countless opportunities to work with people from different cultures, nationalities, and backgrounds.
