Victor Jed

Victor Jed is a member of the Bay County Association of REALTORS® and the Realtors Association of Franklin and Gulf Counties. In addition, he has MLS access to the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS®. Living in Bay County since 1999 has made Victor familiar with most of the properties available countywide. He specializes in the Parker and Callaway areas and Northern Bay County including the Southport, Sand Hills, Lake Merial, Fountain area, and the bordering Washington, Holmes, Jackson, and Calhoun County areas.

Although specializing in residential homes, Victor also lists and sells condominiums and commercial businesses and properties. He is also active in bank foreclosures as well as performing Broker’s Price opinions, competitive market analysis, and property condition reports for approximately 10 different companies.

Depending on the individual property, Victor advertises in the News Herald, Homes and Land, and the Thrifty Nickel. He excels in mass marketing techniques such as mail-outs and internet communications. His work ethic makes him work hard at getting and servicing your listings or finding the perfect home to give you, the customer, the level of service you deserve whether buying or selling a home.

Victor’s real estate career started in 1999. After retiring from a 22-year career in the United States Air Force, he graduated from the Commander School of Real Estate. Then in June of 1999, he passed the State of Florida Real Estate Licensing Examination. The following week, he began working with Century 21, Commander Realty Inc. as a full-time REALTOR. Victor completed the Century 21 plus training in August of 1999 and his post-licensing requirements within the first six months of obtaining his license. In addition to the required training, Victor has also completed the Floyd Wickman’s Sweathogs training and obtained the Graduate School Institutes (GRI) designation Degree, Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, E-Pro designation, and Short Sales and Foreclosure (SFR) designation.

You might have guessed that Victor values education. In addition to the above, Victor has an Associate of Science in Avionics System Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and a Master of Public Administration degree. He has also completed numerous military leadership, quality, management, and avionics classes.

Victor is a transplant to Bay County and Florida. He was born in Poland and came to New York City in 1964, where he grew up, and then graduated from the New York School of Printing School of Journalism in 1976. Victor joined the United States Air Force in 1977 and retired in 1999. He is married to his wonderful wife, Denise, and has two girls. Caitlin is currently a junior at his alma mater, Troy University, and Annie is a senior at Deanne Bozeman High School. Victor is a former smoker who enjoys fishing, gardening, playing chess, and reading.
