Victor Krylov is a licensed REALTOR® in Texas serving the Greater Austin area. Victor has always had a passion for the real estate industry. In 2005 he bought his first condominium in Los Angeles as an investment property. Through property management, complete remodeling/renovations, and buying/selling different properties in California's most desired real estate market, he learned first hand what a buyer and seller's goals are and how to most efficiently and strategically achieve them.
Originally from Moscow, Russia, he moved by himself to a Los Angeles boarding school at the age of 15. A transition like this taught him how to think outside the box, how to work hard for his dreams, and how to truly understand people and meet them on their level. Victor has a background in business management, and owned an Indie Record Label, co-founded VROX music festival in Vladivostok, Russia, and continues to be the American tour manager for one of Russia’s most successful rock bands, Mumiy Troll.
Victor and his wife Rachel moved to Austin in 2015. Rachel is an original Austinite and wanted to be closer to family. Together they have a 2.5 year old son, and own "Maze Rooms Austin", a local escape room voted favorite by the Austin Chronicle. Victor is a family man with integrity, honesty, and a love for life. Not interested in just a quick deal - he will always tell you the truth and serve your needs to the best of his ability. He wants to make sure that his clients get the best experience that they can have and be able to make informed decisions. Victor has a passion for the arts and the history of Austin, and truly loves educating people with new ideas and ways of thinking. He is a complete wealth of knowledge in many realms.
