We can't say enough positive things about our experience with Victor as our buyer agent. He was fast, incredibly responsive, real estate smart, and negotiation savvy. But perhaps more important than all those qualities, he was also highly empathic and intuitive. He paid attention to what we were saying and not saying, and put us at ease every step of the way with constant, effective communication. If you're looking for an agent who moves quickly to ensure you don't miss out on the right home for you, who takes extra steps to understand you and your needs as a client, and who absolutely goes above and beyond to make you happy, you cannot go wrong with Victor. We would work with him again in a hearbeat!

Victor was recommended to me by a close friend who also purchased her first home with Victor as her agent. My husband and I absolutely loved having Victor as our agent as he walked us through every step. He is extremely responsive and answered every question we had, even the ones we definitely asked multiple times because buying a home can be complicated! Victor made sure that we were able to see every home that we were interested in and supported us through every step once we found a home that was perfect for us. He helped us negotiate offers with bidding and based on the findings of the inspection to make sure we got the best deal we could. I can not stress enough how much we felt taken care of throughout the process and that Victor truly had our best interest at heart. We never felt pressured to buy a home we didn’t like or pushed to use his recommended mortgage brokers (we had our own). But he does provide good mortgage brokers who are also very responsive if you need them. Victor is friendly and honest and I can not believe how easy he made the entire process for us. I thought buying a home would be stressful but it was a thoroughly enjoyable process and we love our new home!
