Victor Obenauf

Victor Obenauf is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and business coach. His work experience includes ownership of two successful marketing firms, a career in house flipping and executive board memberships of two local Advertising Federation clubs (including the Greater San Francisco Ad Club).
In 2014, he sold his interest in a Bay Area ad agency and relocated to the Sacramento area to focus on his love of real estate and helping others pursue their homeownership dreams.

His experience as a business owner, marketer, and investor/ flipper will provide clients with a strategic edge and turnkey solution to their real estate needs. Victor enjoys biking, camping, and running with his wife and their dog Oso.
