We matched with Victor through a Zillow portal for a house we were interested in. He called quickly and from the get-go always had time for us to hear me out and understand what we were looking for. I asked him to add two properties to our initial appointment, and he did it quickly. We were looking for homes almost an hour from our current home and needed to utilize odd time windows when my wife, toddler, and I could all come together. Victor was patient with us and diligent in trying to maximize our visits by stacking appointments back-to-back while giving us ample time to see each place, grill him with questions, and non-hurriedly move to the next viewing. Victor was nimble with pulling comps, inquiring about HOA rules, and offering feedback on how to utilize various homes optimally. In the end, we needed to be able to move quick in a sellers' market, and Victor turned our interest in making an offer into a contract in a matter of hours and helped us get to the sellers quickly enough to win the race and reach an agreement. Perhaps best of all, Victor is not a pressure-driven salesman; he's a good companion just trying to be a solid resource and an informed sounding board.
