Victor Taylor have been my mentor ever since I started. The funny thing is that he is not even from my office but have always been so helpful. He seizes every coachable moments with tremendous patience.
Coming into the space there were some values that I was very clear on. I didn’t want money to be my number one driver. I also wanted to be a realtor who can afford to be honest in ALL aspects of the business. I needed a mentor who matched those values and models them consistently… even when crucibles arise. Victor was that person for me and I watch him render the same to other gents as well.
It’s breath taking to see how Victor gives his time and expertise (to many agents) so effortlessly in the name of strengthening the industry and its culture. He wears his passion on his sleeve without saying too much. The way he goes hard for his clients is something to watch in awe. My ultimate goal is to be a top luxury agent and the skills I have learned from Victor will definitely usher me there. Hats off to the realtor I owe debts of gratitude for teaching me and other agents how to make it happen for our clients.

My husband and I reached out to Victor in the fall for assistance selling our mom’s home in Newark. Mom is 85 years old and lived alone. She needed to move south with family. Victor embraced our mom and her needs. He sat with her and kept in touch with us. Because we lived so far away, we were very concerned about choosing a trustworthy realtor. Victor Taylor was just who we needed. Mom felt comfortable with him and he was very patient with her. His interpersonal skills were impeccable. Victor treated our mom with respect and care. He went beyond our expectations. The house has sold and closed. Our mom lives peacefully with us now without the worries of caring for a home thanks to Victor. This world needs more Victor Taylors. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Victor.

First, some background: My fiance and I are first time home buyers and bought in downtown Jersey City. We weren't planning on buying for another year but then I came across our absolute DREAM home. A friend recommended Victor to us and wow we totally lucked out.

Victor has all of the qualities you want in a realtor and then some:

(1) NOT pushy. He made sure we were never agreeing to something we were uncomfortable with and let us take our time to consider what we wanted;
(2) Super responsive and would immediately text us back or call us to check in if we hadn't heard from him in a few days;
(3) Well connected to the community and had excellent recommendations for loan providers, lawyers, and inspectors;
(4) Integrity. I am a very skeptical person and Victor is so clearly an honest person, I knew we could trust him throughout the process;
(5) Always professional;
(6) Helpful. We had so many dumb questions that were not Victor's responsibility to answer, but he always helped or pointed us in the right direction; and
(7) Strong advocate. He always made sure we were informed and would push for our best interest. We told him what we wanted and he brought the results.

As you can see, he's a SUPER STAR!! If you pass on Victor you're making a giant mistake.

Victor was an amazing realtor. He was filled with much knowledge about the neighborhood and took his time when introducing me to the apartments. We were able to view about 10 apartments in one day making a very efficient. He made sure the landlord meet my needs before signing the lease and was available to answer questions after my move in date. I am in love with my knew home and will definitely recommend Victor to any one moving to Jersey City.
