Victoria was there from initial house hunting to closing. She was always willing to go wherever to look at a house. She would check with me on pretty much everything and offer additional information if I didn't understand something. This is the best experience I have ever had for buying a home.

Victoria is simply the BEST REALTOR ever. There is not doubt in that. Since the beginning she was so helpful in meeting at the places I wanted to see, she is patient, knowledgeable of all the realtor things that are always so complicated but she always explained to us in simple language that we could understand! She is honest and to the point, she also advocated for us with construction companies and made sure our questions were always answered! Victoria is so eager and happy to help with every step of the process. We were lucky to have her as our realtor! My daughter is excited to buy her house next year and can’t wait to work with her again!! Victoria was an absolutely AWESOME realtor to work with! To start with we weren't even thinking about buying a home but were looking to lease. She reached out to us and offered to help us find a place in our budget and area to lease. From the moment I met her I knew she was going to be great to work with, very nice, understanding of our situation and not over bearing like some realtors can be.
During our first meeting to look at a home, Victoria told us about all of the great incentives available for disabled veterans in Texas and how we could get into a brand new home most likely for the same money as we were spending in rent! Victoria hooked us up with a lender to find out about qualifications and then PRESTO! We were qualified and started looking to BUY instead of rent our own home! We looked at several different options to which Victoria was very educated about where and what to look for. She has a great knowledge of the tax rates, builder issues and all the technical things you need to know when going into buying a home. From the building process, to materials, builder, and everything in between. You won't be disappointed with her care, service & attention to detail! Thank you so much for your help Victoria!!!
