Victoria Doder

Victoria Doder is a Southern California native, born and bred for the coastal lifestyle of the Westside. After earning her Business Marketing degree from Texas Christian University and a fintech adventure in Barcelona, she is back in Los Angeles as an agent in Compass’ Sunset Strip office.

A background in marketing and advertising is the differentiator for her clients who need more than just hustle. Prior to Compass, Victoria’s marketing work featured Fortune 500 clients in publications like Forbes, Business Insider, Vogue, and CNBC. Working for one of the nation’s largest multifamily developers taught her the value of genuine relationships, honest communication, and unparalleled service. She joined Compass fully aligned with the mission: help everyone find their place in the world.

When Victoria is not connecting with clients, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, especially her two pups, Harley and Kona. She is involved with her local church in West LA and in her free time attends dance classes & trains with world-renowned dance choreographers. Although Victoria hopes to one day open an animal rescue of her own, for now she settles for volunteering at local animal rescues and shelters.
