Victoria Hubert

Vicki has a rich and trusted history as a licensed Realtor and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering from East Tennessee State University. She brings tried and true experience and expertise to marketing, sales, and administration of the complex issues surrounding residential real estate.
I was born and raised in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee and continue to have deep family roots in the area. Front porch - rocking chair - sweet tea sipping is one of my favorite past times.
However, I haven't always called Tennessee home. I received an honorable discharge in 1992 as a veteran of the United States Air Force where I was stationed in Japan. Following my military service, I obtained a General Contractors license for both residential and commercial construction and formally owned a retail business specializing in paint, wallpaper and interior decorating services.
I acquired my real estate license, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, as well as Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) in Tennessee in 2004. I received my Brokers licenses in Tennessee and Virginia, worked as a Managing Broker and later as a Property Manager of a condo complex. As a member of NETAR, TAR, VAR, and NAR, I completed Leadership Training and served on the Board of Directors.
In 2019 I began to call New Smyrna Beach, FL home sweet home with my husband - Paul, a Financial IT Architect at Eastman Chemical Company. Still wanting to serve my country, I have become CRI (Disaster Relief Organization) certified and provide relief to communities effected by natural disasters. I believe Florida living is summer to your soul, sand between your toes, and sun kissed skin. I am beyond excited to be involved in the Florida Coastal Community and look forward to assisting you in finding your vacation or forever home.
