Victoria and her team recently sold a vacant lot for me in West Sacramento. I could not be more pleased with all aspects of working with her. The property is in a transitional neighborhood with no other single family new construction. She is knowledgeable about selling lots (which is much more complicated than I knew). Even though it was a "small" sale she gave it her all--marketing widely to her extensive network of contacts. She got a great price on a surprisingly quick turn around.

And though it seems you can reach out and take your pick -Banks and Sellers will have you jumping through hoops. So I truly believe you need to have someone that will navigate you through it all. Victoria not only do that but they also fight your battles and keep you informed! My hubby and I are so glad we had both Victoria and her team on our side with this. We walked into this market being complete novices- Not only did they take time to explain each step (and many times reexplain since my mind needed repetition) to us. They also fought the battles for us when it comes to the Seller, Fannie Mae, and (at times) even our Loan guy! We felt that they viewed our costs of home buying as if it were their own and so they worked hard to get the best deal for us! Talk about negotiation skills! Would I recommend? Without a doubt! Especially when I compare our experience with others 3 other people I know that are still caught in a loop with their other agents, have no idea what is going on, and have 'lost' the home they really wanted! When they heard of our success they were in disbelief. Granted I am sure some small part comes to luck but the LARGE LARGE part is due to the professional, responsive, knowledgeable agents of The Victoria's Properties Team.

The WOW factor never stopped. She came to my home for our first visit. Though it was MY home, it was clearly she who was more prepared. She knew everything and brought a hard cover book (I’m not joking) about my house and all the comparisons around. My first impression of Victoria never changed—Yes, she is nice and cute, but there is an underlying “no nonsense I’m going to get this job done” style. And she delivered. From the first day Victoria looked around, she told me what I would get for the house. She envisioned what work needed to be done. She even helped hire the people to improve my backyard and driveway. Yes, selling a house is a lot of work and emotion. But, the expertise of Victoria and her team made it all happen fast and, we even had fun along the way. There is no doubt in my mind that I got about 10% more on the sale than I would have than without her and so without a doubt I would hire her again. You know, I'm glad I got a chance to say this....though hopefully I had conveyed my thanks to you before. I didn't include the times when I got all nervous and you held my hand through the process. I think that's what I meant by the emotion part. Selling a house is not just 'how much money is it worth', it's also do I want to let this go. There are so many memories that one has in a house. That said, I knew almost from the moment I left that it was the right choice. I was needing to move on. And, moving downtown was a great idea. It's fun and very different. I hope you are well.
