Victoria is by far the best agent I could have asked for. She was always on the lookout to find us the best house for the best price and she always went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. She’s very attentive and she was always there night or day to answer any questions we had. I’ve worked with other agents in the past but Victoria has really blown us away. All I have are good things to say. She truly made the process of buying a home stress-free and fun. I highly recommend giving Victoria a call when you’re ready to buy or sell your home!!

How to begin. Victoria explained to me how to sell my old condo and use a Reverse Mortgage to purchase another. I could hardly believe that was possible. We began the process. Victoria and Steve answered all of my questions. They both are very intelligent and made it easy for me to understand my options. We hit a road block. Victoria and Steve calmed me down and got me through a difficult period. Two weeks ago I moved into my dream condo right next to the beach on Chesapeake Bay. Victoria found it for me and worked with the other Relator to get me the contract. This is a very popular area with a lot of competition . Many other people also wanted the contract. Then Victoria sold my old condo at a large profit. I did not believe she would be able to sell it for a higher purchase price. Yesterday I closed on the old condo. I cannot thank Victoria and Steve enough for all they did for me. If you have any need for a Relator, Victoria and Steve Segar are who I highly recommend. They are not just my Realtors, they became my friends.

I'm a very loyal person and would only refer people I have used myself. A good agent will not only do things correctly from a contract point, but will also communicate well with me; and that is how it was with Victoria Segar. She went the extra mile to ensure that I closed on the house of my choice. I feel like I was truly represented, when I made an offer and closed on my house. She continued to to check up on things for me, even after our transactions was done. She answered my emails and texts in a timely manner and continues to do so. Her services and results demonstrates dedication, professionalism and hard work. I will recommend Victoria to anyone that's in the market for real estate.

was moving from Louisiana to Virginia. I had made a trip to Virginia to house hunt but was unable to find something suitable at that time. When all was said and done I had to rely on her expertise and honesty to find me a home without me seeing it myself. She came through perfectly. The house she found was in a great area and is perfect for what we need. I would use her again as she made the process smooth despite the bumps. We even had to push the close date back last minute due to a death in the family and she was patient and helpful in that also. Thank you Victoria!

Amazing! Victoria was great, as a first time home buyer I really had no idea how the whole process worked and she was so patient and cool with me and answered all of my questions! When it came time to go view homes she was there and available anytime I found a home I wanted to go see regardless of the time of day it was! I have 2 very energetic little boys that I had to carry along the entire process due to COVID-19 and school being closed, but she was so kind to them and so patient! When we started viewing homes, the first 3 houses we viewed were homes that wouldn’t work for me and my family and once Victoria found out what exactly I was looking for she made some calls and brought us to view a home (in the area I originally wanted to live in) and it was everything and more that I was wanting and looking for in a home, needless to say we found our home in about an hour and a half into our search!! Once we told her that was the house we wanted she made sure that that was going to be OUR home and worked hard to get us the best rate possible, and that she did! Victoria is very thorough and so on point with everything she does and I would recommend and use her for any future home buying 100 times over again!! I have a feeling we may have a gained a new friendship! God is so good and my family and I are so blessed to have been able to work with someone like Victoria!!

Victoria is an incredible real estate agent. Her drive, passion for finding her clients the "perfect" home, no pressure attitude and integrity, made this home buying experience enjoyable. She listens to the wants and needs, observes what is not articulated and was able to think outside of the box to find the perfect home for us. When we received our keys there was no moments anxiousness if we made the right decision or not.
