Being a mortgage professional I obviously have a lot of Realtor relationships. Victoria is definitely someone I would recommend. She is always bubbly, energetic and constantly working to refine her skills and knowledge. You can't go wrong working with Victoria!

If you're looking for someone who is educated, patient, kind, loving, respectful, diligent, & consistent, then you're looking for Victoria (Vika) Kafovalu! My husband and I had been thinking about buying a home for almost 3 years, but we were skeptical about who to work with, who to trust, or who to take advice from. We had no idea where to start, but we knew we had to start somewhere. In 2019 after our first child was born, we started to pay debt off and get ourselves in a better financial place. We found out we were expecting our second child in 2020, and our second babygirl was born Sept. 2021. Living with family is always so convenient but when it comes to the future of our babies, we had to move quickly with our plan to buy a home. I came across an advertisement about an open house that Victoria was hosting and had a ton of questions to ask her about how we should get the ball rolling. We talked for hours about some potential next steps, and the rest is history. One conversation with her lead into networking with a loan officer, Celia with TCS mortgage, and after my husband and I were pre-approved, our home shopping followed. It was overwhelming, it was intense, and it was a lot of work carrying around two kids in about 100 degree weather walking through such beautiful 2 story homes.

Victoria brought a cooler of iced cold water, and cereal bars for the journey, which we appreciated so much because we were not prepared for this heat. We visited 10 homes with her on our first home shopping visit, and the second time we visited 3 homes.

Our second home shopping with her was IT for us. The house we purchased was the last house we visited the second time around. A fresh 2022 brand new home in a wonderful gated community; a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, large garage and backyard; the perfect home to raise our beautiful babygirls in.

Victoria may have been new to the real estate industry, but she was not new when it came to serving others. She was not new at showing hospitality when it came to taking care of the needs of her clients. I recommend her to anyone who would like to rest at night knowing that they're in the perfect set of hands.

Victoria you're a blessing, you're a God-sent, and I know exactly why we could not purchase a home 2-3 years ago. God knew exactly what he was doing when he had us wait on him.
