We worked with Vince as our Realtor to find and purchase our home in Avon in Sept, 2020 AND sell our home in Lakewood in Nov, 2020. From the start and throughout the entire process of finding and purchasing our home in Avon, Vince was responsive to our list of preferences, showed a sense of urgency in scheduling properties to see (which is critical in a hot real estate market), listened to our feedback and used it to tailor his searches for additional properties. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, it was a very competitive bidding situation and Vince guided us through the entire process. He talked us through the offer dynamics so we could finalize and submit the offer within the accelerated timeline the seller set. The experience and guidance he provided us were instrumental in our offer being accepted from multiple bids.

In the sale of our Lakewood home, Vince worked with us on the timeline to get the house ready to show and listed. He recommended the pricing strategy and also provided a consultation with a staging resource and had a photographer take photos of the house for the online listing. We listed our home the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and after 13 showings, we had a contract on the house the following Friday (10 days). Vince made the process seamless and was responsive from beginning to end. We can't say enough about the personal attention that Vince brings to his clients and the accountability he places on himself to deliver exceptional service to his clients. He's direct, honest and open in his communication and we believed he had our best interests in mind every step of the way - and he did.

We have very high expectations of the service we want to receive and Vince exceeded that in every area. We highly recommend Vince to anyone who's looking for a realtor who will deliver results. He's exceptional!

We are so thankful for Vince. He was super responsive, told us everything we should expect up front, and kept us updated so there were never any suprises. He also guided us through some complicated decisions using knowledge you can only get by working exclusively in the industry for years. We found and purchased the perfect home and when it came time to upgrade we called Vince again. He not only got us the price we wanted for our 1st house but he again helped us find the home we will continue to raise our family in and one day retire in. Vince is a great guy i known him and his family all my life he has helped me out in a few situations with selling and buying homes... He sold my Father's house for us in Cleveland found a house for us as well in Parma and I've been a renter from him as well for many years... Vince was awesome to work with in buying and selling our homes. He was quick to answer any and all calls and text messages. He listened to our needs and gave us many options when it came to buying. Our house burned down in 2021 and trying to figure out how to sell what was left was a challenge, but not for Vince. We highly recommend him for all home buying or selling needs.

Vince was amazing at assisting us with selling our home. It caught fire in 2021 and finding a buyer who wanted to take on the task of remodeling what was left was no easy task. Vince saw no challenge with this and assured us during the entire process we would find a buyer. On top of this he assisted us in purchasing a new home.
