About Vincent

Vincent Harrison started his career with a large national real estate firm on Hilton Head Island in 2003. Over time as his experience and expertise evolved, he joined Charter One Realty as an agent. He is a constant fact finder and prides himself on being able to locate virtually any type of property for his clients. Close to sixty percent of Vincent’s clients are primary or secondary buyers and forty percent are investment oriented. He is a member of the Business Network International for the local Hilton Head Island chapter and represents Charter One Realty as the real estate professional for that group. Vincent grew up in central Southeastern Georgia in the real estate and retail furniture businesses, where his family still successfully operates both businesses. He attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with a dual BBA in Banking, Finance and Real Estate from the Terry College of Business. After college, Vincent was offered a position with a regional bank in Savannah, Georgia in 2001 which eventually led him to Hilton Head Island in 2003. When Vincent is off the clock, which is not very often, he is an avid sports fan with a passion for fishing, tennis, golf, and college football. He has been a lifelong tennis player and member of several club teams at a 4.0 level and enjoys the competition and networking that Hilton Head Island’s tennis scene provides. Anytime there is an opportunity to attend a good oyster roast or consume locally caught seafood, you will find Vincent there enjoying it.
