The New Parker Place apartments are really nice and beautiful with new stainless steel furnitures. Gym has all the equipment I need and I live the outdoor workout place. The community grills are really nice and we loved hanging out by the fire pits and outdoor play area. Other than the annoying Amtrack horns we really loved the place.

Vinny is now a part of our family!!!! We are a family from Queens, NY that wanted to relocate to CT. We were somewhat familiar with the state because I went to UConn (go Huskies!) But at first, we had a bad experience with a different realtor. Lo and behold, we saw a listing we wanted on Zillow and Vinny was recommended into our lives! After many showings we decided on our forever home and secured it all with Vinny's help and his expertise of brokers, attorneys, water testing companies--you name it, Vinny knows them! He is a treasure of a human being and so down to earth--we knew he genuinely cared about what WE wanted as opposed to just making money off of us. He made himself available to us months later to help locate an apartment for our grandmother and does his best to always answer our questions. We cannot recommend him enough! Love ya Vin!

What a smooth leasing experience! Vinny is extremely personable and patient. I scheduled multiple apartment viewings at Parker Place and didn't feel rushed or pressured into signing a lease. I accompanied my wife to look at an apartment at Parker Place in Wallingford. Mr. Vincenzo Valentino epitomized professionalism and human decency. My wife is very particular about where and how she lives. Detail to those things not important to others are important to her. Vinny was friendly, informative, and patiently took us through four different apartments until my wife decided what she wanted. His personality was refreshing.
