My husband and I had been house hunting in this crazy market for a few months, working with a Redfn agent to no avail. We finally decided to switch to a professional realtor and were given Vipin's contact info from our lender. From day one of working with Vipin, we instantly felt a difference in the service/care. He was very attentive to what we were looking for, our budget, and our desires in a new house. He sent us multiple properties daily and would spend hours with us on Saturdays and Sundays to view sometimes up to 7 houses a day! We never had to see a house with another realtor, or alone - he was always there with us - open houses, or listings. Finally we came upon an amazing house that we fell in love with and Vipin was able to guide us through the purchasing process - in this market, we were able to get our house for 20k below listing price! That's a testament to Vipin's expertise with the market. He was in constant contact with the listing agent, making sure our offer was competitive. He was also there at all times to answer our millions of questions as first time home buyers. In short, working with Vipin was truly a great experience and the reason that we ended up with the house of our dreams in this crazy market. Would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!

With these abilities his guidance on the properties is very valuable. We bought our home at peak time of covid where the properties were sold 10-15% of the listed value. We liked few other homes but his honest guidance with regard to his appraisal and potential expenses has helped for us to decide the perfect home….which we are cherishing each day. Mr. Gulati has been wonderful during this process in searching for a home. As a young adult in my 20's and being a first time home buyer, Mr. Gulati has made this process as smooth as possible, with his professionalism and consistency. There were certain features I was looking for in a house, that weren't the easiest to find based on my purchase price range and area I was looking in. However Mr. Gulati did not give up and neither did I. Any house I viewed online and wanted to visit, he was willing to look into it and setup appointments for viewing. He constantly emailed prospective homes for me for review. He listened to what I was looking for in a home to narrow my options. There were also houses we looked at that he was very honest about and informed me if it would even be worth the buy. Mr. Gulati even assisted in connecting me with a reputable real-estate attorney and a lender who was able to give me a better interest rate than my bank offered. We have been looking for houses since July 2020 and finally found the house in October 2020! I am so appreciative for Mr. Gulati's help and recommend his services to anyone in the housing market.

Vipin has helped us on numerous occasions in buying the perfect home for my family, buying a great rental property, and finding us tenants for the rental property. He provided us with great listings that met or exceeded our criteria and was able to show us the shortlisted listings in a very timely manner such that we were never in a rush to place an offer or lose out on the listing we were interested. His strength is in identifying potential issues in the listings during our visits so that we could make an informed decision. When we were ready to place the offer, he provided us with good market data (current and past) that allowed us to make a competitive offer. We lucked out when we randomly got connected to Vipin after calling REMAX office a few years ago while searching for our first home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house.
