Virginia Cope

In 1986, Virginia Cope relocated to Virginia Beach from upstate New York. She immediately fell in love with the Hampton Roads area and decided to plant her roots! Virginia was an insurance claims adjuster for USAA Insurance company for 13 years. At USAA, she gained a tremendous amount of experience and developed excellent customer service and administrative skills. Working for USAA also enabled her to learn the "military" way of life. Her interest in helping service members and their families extended into her real estate career, as she is now a Military Relocation Specialist. One of her passions is assisting individuals who are new to the area and helping them get settled into their new life in Hampton Roads.

Another passion on Virginias are her children. She has two sons, a 20 year-old and a 27 year-old and a beautiful daughter-in law. As a parent, ensuring that her children received high-quality education was a priority of hers. The academic and extracurricular opportunities that her children have been granted by the public schools in this area have exceeded her expectations. She is thankful to have had the opportunity to raise her children in Hampton Roads and believe that you would be hard-pressed to find a better place to raise a family.

For Virginia, real estate was a hobby that she made into a career. She feels a sense of fulfillment when she can help her clients buy or sell a home. Virginias goal is to ensure that every transaction is a seamless as possible, and her clients' experience of buying or selling a home is as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
