Virginia Zachariades is a true, full-time real estate professional. She has a passion for real estate and possesses self-perseverance and the ultimate knowledge of the area to successfully assist in housing transactions. Virginia grew up in Westfield, just like her parents and grandparents, and her family has been in Westfield since the early 1900s. She attended Woodrow Wilson Elementary School, Roosevelt Intermediate, and graduated from Westfield High School in the class of 2002. Her love for the Westfield area began during her childhood, and her knowledge of the area is one that takes a lifetime to become familiar with. After attending Suffolk University in Boston and returning to New Jersey, she worked in sales and assistant buying positions before deciding to get her real estate license in 2014. Virginia never looked back to corporate life and has devoted her life to raising her family and serving her real estate clients' dreams.
Currently, she resides in Cranford with her Westfield High School sweetheart/real estate partner/husband, Alexie, her daughter, Victoria, and their three adorable dogs. In 2018, they were fortunate to find a lovely home a couple of blocks from downtown Cranford, where they love being close to family and friends in Westfield. The Union County area offers them access to fabulous restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and NYC transportation, and it's not too far from the beach, the country, or local farms. It is the perfect area for their lifestyle.
Virginia's ultimate goal is to serve her clients, and honesty is always the best policy in her book. She ensures to respond promptly to her clients and provides them with in-depth service. She is always available to help, whether it is finding the perfect home, selling their current home, or relocating into or out of the New Jersey area. With her proactive and solution-driven approach, clients will be on the track to success if they work with her. She treats her clients as if they were family and is not afraid to advise them of any concerns she may have with their purchase or decision. Moving can be difficult, but Virginia is there to guide them through the process. Her work ethic, honesty, and complete knowledge of the process will provide great results. No issue is too big or too small for her to deal with. Clients can trust her, as she is here for them.
She encourages clients to reach out to her today to discuss their goals, address any concerns they may have, and get started on their homeownership goals.
