Prior to establishing his current relationship with KingOne Properties International in Charleston, Vito served as a Senior Investment Advisor with Sperry Van Ness Gryphon Parker, in Columbus, Ohio specializing in the sale of multifamily assets, self-storage facilities, retail complexes, suburban office complexes, office/flex space, industrial and distribution facilities and vacant land.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Vito gained industry experience with Parker Realty Associates and Encore Asset Management of Ohio after having entered the real estate industry in 2005 as the Managing Partner of North High Realty, LLC.
With a corporate career that spanned industry sectors from insurance to manufacturing to consumer products, Vito served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy for the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in Marysville, Ohio, prior to entering the real estate industry.
Vito brings strong analytical business skills, and skilled negotiation and transaction structuring and management capabilities to his clients. His extensive experience with corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, marketing and business operations analysis, both domestically and internationally, provides a unique set of capabilities that will benefit clients in every sector and with each and every transaction.
Coupled with high-performing sales and marketing programs Vito is positioned to deliver tangible and rapid results for his clients. Vito earned a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance and Investments from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York and a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
