Vittina Ruggiero

With a combination of dedication, entrepreneurial skill, and community leadership, Tina Ruggiero has the perfect makings of a first class realtor. Being born and raised in The Bronx, Tina has called City Island her home for the last 30 years.

Tina entered the Real Estate Industry in 1988 as an agent and Vice President of Operations in mortgage banking. After having her youngest child, Tina left the mortgage industry to work in the family funeral home as the CFO for twenty five years and helped orchestrate the transition of the multi-generration family business.

Now, Tina has returned to real estate full time working for Century21-Marciano with a breadth of prior experience in effective marketing techniques and the home search technologies of today's housing market. Her passion is seen through her work and is reflected in her clients on-line reviews.

Tina's favorite homes are the ones of historical character. Her own home was built in 1883 and came a history and family dynamics of earlier times. The excitement that comes with discovering pieces of history is second to none. The joy that comes with helping buyers or sellers close on a home is a sense of satisfaction that Tina takes to heart.
