Though Vivian had been referred to me more than a year prior, I had not yet contacted her prior to arriving in the Treasure Valley. So I sent her a text just to introduce myself and let her know of my intention to purchase a home sometime within the next few months.
Though she was in the middle of a vacation she responded quickly, sorted though my partially formed home requirements and found an amazing home for me in a location I never would had found on my own. (And it was just the 4th home we looked at!). I'm still thankful for Vivian's people skills that distilled my home requirements better and quicker than I çould.

Vivian is the most honest, upfront and no BS agent there is. She was a pleasure to work with and spent hours on the phone explaining everything and walking us through all paper work and offers. I truly cannot express how grateful we are to have found Vivian and Tara. They went so far above and beyond, for over a year, to help my family find our first home. We went in knowing absolutely nothing, unsure of where we stood, and just all over the board with what we wanted. Vivian did a wonderful job helping us to find the perfect home in Boise. We were moving from another state and when the house came up on the market, she did a walk through and sent us several videos. She explained the pros and cons of the house and even did a video of the street. With her assistance, we felt comfortable in putting a contract on the house with a contingency that we could do a walk through personally within 10 days. That gave us time to book a flight and see it before closing. We really enjoyed working with Vivian and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Here is a Realtor/Broker who took great care of us as newbies in the Boise housing market, kept us informed, was blind to the fact that our guidelines were well below the majority in Boise, and, was fearlessly successful in getting a very difficult listing agent's cooperation. Our escrow closed without a hitch. She then helped us with vendor referrals that were top notch making our remodeling go smoothly....during last years December. We will contact her again as family members get close to needing her expertise. Do not hesitate to reach out to her. She is truly a welcomed pro who is more concerned about her clients than most. Vivian is so knowledgeable. She displayed a detailed knowledge in every arena while were shopping for a house (inspection, market, interest rates, closing documents, etc.).

Vivian fought for us and had our best interests in mind. If she saw that something was wrong, she would tell us and anyone else who needed to know, in order to protect us and help us.

Vivian is proactive. She had her eye out for houses, problems, etc. so she could help us get what we needed.

Vivian's communication was wonderful. She would check in on us and was very responsive to calls and texts)

If that wasn't enough, Vivian was incredibly kind. She encouraged us all along the way. And if she hadn't done enough for us already, she gave us housewarming gifts.

We are very grateful for Vivian and would recommend her to anyone.

We called Vivian in February 20 21 and she helped us with an out of state purchase and was fantastic. She was in constant contact with us, answered our phone calls all the time and get back in our emails immediately, even super late, which we really appreciated her hard and dedicated work. In today’s real estate market you want an agent who not only knows the in’s and out’s of the industry; but also understands the area and it’s people. Vivian Chan is the agent you want for your next home purchase. Vivian has lived in the Treasure Valley her whole life and as a result not only understands the land use issues here, but also our Idaho local values and lifestyle. She can hang with the locals, but is open and friendly enough for newcomers to feel welcomed and supported. Vivian has worked in several various jobs in the real estate market; from being an escrow officer, to being a mortgage underwriter, to researching irrigation rights, and land surveys. Due to her experience, she is more capable of catching mistakes, and making sure your transaction closes smoothly. I recently purchased my second home with her and will be sure to use Vivian for any future real estate purchases. I had extremely unique property requirements, and found a property with a difficult seller. Not only did Vivian secure an amazing home for me, but she did it in a away that made the process seem simpler. As an inexperienced buyer, the process can seem daunting and scary. In past transactions I was always afraid to disclose financial details to agents because I felt constantly judged for not having more funds to put towards a home. Vivian is so friendly and open about the entire process, I had no issues disclosing any personal details to her. She even offers to help clean and move her clients! That’s how caring she is.
