Vivian Ducat

Vivian Ducat, born and bred on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, has a deep curiosity of what lies within the walls of her city. Vivian's enthusiasm for the smallest details of building layout, hallway floor tiles, views and history combine to make her a knowledgeable salesperson on the properties she sells.

Another passion of Vivian’s are people, likening a bustling open house to a good cocktail party. She is a BBC-trained documentary filmmaker with decades of filmmaking experience and a real estate agent who can talk to just about anyone. As one of the all-time great networkers in New York, Vivian loves to discover her six degrees of separation from the people she meets through her real estate dealings.

A graduate from Harvard with a master's from Columbia in real estate development, Vivian is as obsessed with the real estate industry. She bought her first co-op on Columbus Avenue at the age of 25 and has been a co-op shareholder ever since. She has served on two co-op boards, including a nearly 4-year term as board president in a co-op which underwent a major and successful transformation.

Halstead recently awarded Vivian the title of Resident Building Specialist for 790 Riverside Drive, the Riviera, one of the Grand Dames of Upper Riverside Drive.
