Born and raised on Florida’s gulf coast, Vivian has lived in several states before moving to Greenville in 2017. She has been in a buyer’s and seller’s position dozens of times, whether for personal residences, investment properties, or second homes. Most recently, Vivian and her husband purchased seventy acres and completely renovated an old home from top to bottom. As a result, she can offer valuable advice regarding new construction, renovations, as well as local contractors and suppliers.

Vivian also understands the importance of planting deep roots and loves everything about living in this wonderful community that she, her husband, and their five children call home.
