Vivian Pantelich

Vivian Pantelich works out of the Bellevue – Issaquah John L. Scott office and began her real estate career in 1993 after working in the IT industry. Previously Vivian worked for eight years as a systems analyst, designing and coding software systems for Siemens Nixdorf. Because of her extensive tech background, she works well with high-tech clients.

Vivian’s direct communication, top-notch negotiation skills and years of experience, from contracts to the little “gotchas,” give her an edge in today’s real estate market. Most of her clientele comes from referrals from past clients and she is inspired each time she can match someone with a house that makes them happy. She focuses on the Sammamish, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, and Seattle regions selling houses and condominiums. Although she spent 20 years working with international clients looking to relocate to the U.S., she works with all kinds of clients on a regular basis.

In her free time, Vivian enjoys travel, outdoor sports, hiking and biking.
