Vivian was my real estate agent when I bought my condo in Daytona Beach, FL in April 2021, and she did an amazing job from start to finish.

In 2022 when it was time to begin to look for a second property 6 hours away from Daytona in Pensacola FL, it was an easy decision picking the best real estate agent for the purchase.

Vivians client hired us to complete a home inspection on a early 1920's home.After we completed the inspection and reviewing w client Vivian followed thru with all of the questions and details needed to get to the closing table.When you have a home that's this old it creates more challenges. She facilitated all the repairs that were needed and communicated with us to coordinate a reinspection to meet the deadlines needed to close.We did all of our communication thru her and our client got to the closing on time.Without her tenacity the dates would have been moved and delayed the closing. Congratulations on your closing.

Vivian has been the most efficient and professional realtor I have dealt with. As a home flipper I have dealt with many realtors in the past but she outshines them all. She gives 110%, is always available for showings at my convenience, very friendly and most of all always looking out for my best interest. I wouldn't use any other realtor. 5 star service!
