Viviana Kim is a Southern California native whose interest in real estate began as an investor. Her experience ranges from managing her own rental properties to renovating and flipping teardowns. Viviana’s investor background affords her the unique ability to understand her client’s point of view on a personal level from having been on the buyer and seller side many times. She believes the key to superior service is to make her customers' priorities her own. Viviana is committed to working tirelessly on her clients' behalf and in their best interest at all times.

Viviana, her husband, son, and usually a rescued dog or two, live in Orange County.
