Vivianna Franchy

Originally from Lima, Peru, Vivianna Franchy has been living in beautiful Key Biscayne, Florida, since 1991. “I first came to the United States to obtain my MBA. I lived in Lubbock, Texas for two years while I studied for my master’s degree at Texas Tech University.”


Vivianna had secured her bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima. Applying her skills and asserting her mind-set is organic to what she does – her methodical and extremely professional approach has become an integral part of her Real Estate business acumen.

Vivianna’s goal as a Real Estate professional is to match buyers to sellers and landlords to tenants. Ultimately, she closes transactions asserting her professionalism, integrity and outstanding commitment of customer service to all parties involved.

Of all the professions, selling Real Estate presented her the best opportunities in which to excel. There are so many moving parts to a Real Estate transaction, someone must step up as to role of director. Vivianna willingly adopts and accepts that part.

Loving travel and blending in with different cultures, Vivianna has been fortunate to see the world. Her favorite destination is Italy and exploring all of its amazing regions. Seeing people in their natural places of origin, as well as coming from another country herself, Vivianna understands and empathizes with those families relocating to a new home in a different country with diverse cultures and a difficult language in America. In her travels, Vivianna embraced the diversity and fast pace of New York, yet she is longing to discover the landscape and slower pace of Colorado.

She is proficient in English and Spanish. She speaks Italian as well. Her other hobbies are cooking and jogging. Winning to Vivianna is getting the job done for her clients.
