She is great ...Dar K says Vivienne was very knowledgeable and efficient in every way when it came to selling my home. She was on the ball daily keeping me up to date on showings in a timely fashion and paperwork that needed attention right away. The home was on the market the day after I met with her and we never had to resend incomplete documents because she made sure it was all correct prior to sending it. I never had to call to ask what was going on with sell of the property because she was always one step ahead of me. She is great Shane L Vivienne was the most knowledgeable professional realtor ; I have ever worked with. I went through several approx. 10 people before her most of them were too busy or not use to working with the usda or home path properties and could offer no input. Some of them even refused to show properties except for their own listing. Vivienne drove out of her county to find properties to show. She instructed my and my wife on every step of the process. We were never alone during the whole process . She would call even late at night because she know I worked nights and slept during the day. I am a professional and have a high expectation of people that work with me she exceeded all my expectations and recommend to anyone who is serious about buying a home.
